Dining Room Discover a 1,905 sq ft contemporary dining room in Reflections at Keppel Bay, SP. Elegant marble, sculptural chairs, and bold art create a refined dining experience.
At the heart of Singapore’s prestigious waterfront enclave, a visionary entrepreneur sought to create a home that embodies both contemporary refinement and serene retreat. This 1905SF luxury residence at Reflections at Keppel Bay redefines dining and living through its sculptural contrasts, rich natural textures, and collector-level furnishings. Designed for a lifestyle where business, culture, and leisure meet seamlessly, the home reflects the owner’s appreciation for artistry, modern craftsmanship, and global luxury brands.
Here, the dining room becomes more than a functional space—it transforms into an immersive experience. A striking marble table anchors the space, while statement lighting and curated art pieces introduce a gallery-like atmosphere. Paired with high-end furniture in sculptural forms from leading luxury houses, the design achieves an effortless blend of calm, sophistication, and understated grandeur.

The design narrative of this Singapore luxury residence was built upon the principle of quiet elegance. The dining room features a marble dining table with veined surface detail, creating a sense of permanence and gravitas. Complementing the stone, the floor is finished in warm parquetry that brings texture and natural grounding. Sculptural chairs in soft neutrals and deep green tones surround the table, their curved profiles echoing the organic lines of the architecture.

Lighting was envisioned as a central feature rather than an accessory. A chandelier composed of clustered white globes cascades above the dining table, adding both sculptural intrigue and soft illumination. Along the wall, a vertical installation of glowing circular sconces frames the dining experience like a modern art piece. The overall palette—marble white, sage green, natural wood, and soft greys—was selected to channel both the natural serenity of the nearby waterfront and the cosmopolitan energy of Singapore’s skyline.

Favorite Element:
“The marble dining table is my sanctuary—it feels like a sculpture I get to live with every day. It commands attention yet feels serene and grounded.”

Biggest Challenge & Solution:
The challenge lay in balancing the bold art and statement furniture with the natural calm the owner desired. The design team introduced asymmetry through lighting and accessories, ensuring the room felt dynamic without overwhelming its retreat-like atmosphere. Neutral upholstery and layered textures resolved the balance between bold expression and meditative calm.

Budget:
With an investment of $50,000, the project emphasizes long-lasting quality and collectible furniture. Each piece was chosen not just as décor but as a timeless addition—an approach that elevates the home into an asset of enduring luxury.

This dining space supports the owner’s life as both a business leader and a cultural connoisseur. Intimate dinners flow naturally into larger gatherings, with the sculptural table serving as a focal point for conversation. Guests are welcomed into an environment reminiscent of international design galleries, where Roche Bobois seating, Versace-inspired accents, and Louis Vuitton objets d’art intermingle effortlessly.
For everyday life, the design supports wellness and clarity. Soft lighting, curated ceramics, and the natural grain of walnut wood cabinetry allow the owner to unwind after high-paced days. Entertaining, collecting, and dining here are never just acts of living—they are extensions of the owner’s cultivated identity.
