Favorite Element:
“When I sit on the Moncloud sofa facing the skyline, I feel like I’m floating above the city. The panoramic view framed by curated furniture pieces makes the entire space feel like an art installation.”

Biggest Challenge & Solution:
The challenge was integrating bold sculptural furniture without overwhelming the modest 1,050 SF layout. The solution came through balanced symmetry—anchoring large pieces like the Moncloud sofa while layering lightweight yet expressive items like the Bubble Armchair.

Budget:
With an allocation of USD 65,000, the project balanced high-end investment pieces from Cassina, Vitra, and Roche Bobois with carefully curated accessories that elevated the narrative without overcrowding.

This residence is designed for dual living—a private retreat and a social lounge. The homeowner, who often hosts art-focused soirées, finds that pieces from Roche Bobois and Cassina act as conversational catalysts.
The Lounge Chair by Vitra becomes a space for reflective reading, while the Bubble Armchair adds sculptural whimsy during gatherings. The integration of Louis Vuitton-inspired accessories and textiles ensures that the atmosphere resonates with New York Luxury Residence Interior Design standards—sophisticated, global, and undeniably stylish.
