To add a bold focal point to the space, we introduced dining chairs in a deep burgundy tone. This rich color anchors the composition, while accents of green in surrounding objects and textiles create a playful, kitsch-inspired atmosphere. Although the color combination is expressive, the proportions and tones were carefully balanced resulting in a dining area that feels both visually striking and thoughtfully curated.

This dining space is anchored by a symmetrical composition, with a sculptural oval table and ten curved chairs precisely aligned along a central axis that frames sweeping skyline views. Above, three evenly spaced pendant lights introduce a vertical rhythm, while a grid-patterned rug below reinforces geometric balance and spatial clarity. The result is a refined, gallery-like atmosphere where architectural order and visual harmony elevate the dining experience.

Rather than leaving open space unused, we curated a composition of modern, clean-lined furniture anchored by a statement rug to create a sense of visual structure and depth. This approach transforms what might otherwise be considered dead space into a distinctive zone whether as a mini lounge or a quiet moment for pause blending aesthetic sophistication with everyday functionality.

To optimize the open space between the living and dining areas, we introduced a compact lounge zone featuring a sculptural lounge chair and side table. This configuration not only bridges the spatial flow but also provides a versatile setting ideal for welcoming guests or enjoying a quiet moment before heading out. Rather than simply filling the void, the area was thoughtfully designed as a functional yet emotionally engaging space that enhances both utility and ambiance.
